Thank you for registering to participate in the Strong Angel III/Shadowlite Demonstration, August 20-25, 2006. Below is information regarding directions, parking, badging, and briefings. Please read and follow instructions carefully!

Badging & Site Access

Badges are required for access to Strong Angel sites at all times. Each individual must pick up their own badge - you cannot pick up badges for other people.

Badging for Participants will take place at the Main Strong Angel III site (see "Locations & Parking" below).
On Sunday, August 20, 2006 check-in and badging will be open from 9:00AM - 5:00PM. This is will be the fastest and most efficient way to register. All participants are strongly urged to check-in and obtain your badge on Sunday if at all possible.

Monday-Friday, August 21-25, 2006: Participant badging will be available onsite and at SDSU Visualization Lab from 8:00AM - 4:00PM.

Schedule

Sunday, August 20, 2006, 10:00AM - 12:00PM - Introductory Briefing by Dr. Eric Rasmussen. Strong Angel III Main Site (see directions below).

Monday, August 21, 2006, 8:00AM - Site set-up begins. (As part of the experiment, set-up of vehicles, equipment, etc. will NOT be allowed onsite prior to 8:00AM on Monday, August 21st. If you need an exception to this, please contact Kim Guevara at kim_guevara@sra.com)

Once set-up, Strong Angel III/Shadowlite is a 24-hour per day operation for the period August 21-25, 2006. Experiment and demonstrate at will.

Daily briefings will be conducted for those that wish to attend at 8:00AM and 6:00PM each day. Location: Main Site Plaza.

Locations and Parking

The main Strong Angel III demonstration site is located at the San Diego Fire Rescue Training Facility - 4347 N. Harbor Dr., San Diego, CA 92101 near the San Diego Airport at the End of Terminal 2's runway (off Harbor and McCain). There is pay (paved) or free parking (dirt) available (see attached map). Park in designated areas only.
